At Glow With Alishas, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns in cases where you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, expired, or incomplete.

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 0333-333-3333. Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our customer care team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include personal care and beauty products, customized or personalized items, and perishable goods.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the easiest way is to return the item you received. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refund Process

After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team. You will be notified once the inspection is complete and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned parcel and issued through your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
